In order to maintain our open and inclusive character, and to ensure the sustainability of CARMEN for the future, annual contributions for individual members and participating affiliated member organizations have been introduced. If you intend to join the CARMEN meeting in Ghent as an individual we ask for a payment of 40 euro, which gives you a one year membership. Alternatively you can become a three year member by contributing 60 euro.
Note:
1. We advise you to check with your institution if it is already a CARMEN member. If so, you might be able to attend CARMEN for free.
2. If you are planning to come with two or more colleagues of the same institution, it is wise to ask your institution to become a CARMEN member, as this could be more beneficial than becoming an individual member.
Please visit http://www.carmen-medieval.net/membership-1404041621.html for more information on our membership fees, or contact CARMEN's Treasurer Jitske Jasperse (jitskeja@hotmail.com).
3. Individual payments can be made either in cash at the Annual Meeting or via online banking or Paypal as per the instructions on the CARMEN Membership page.
